You are welcome have additional furnishings your room, but you don’t have to, as the basics are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is even a smaller “quiet” common area that provides a separate space away from the living room. You are welcome to participate in the vegetable garden (or not, as you choose).
The resident manager is a local professional and entrepreneur who is looking for folks to share this home. He and his wife live in an attached apartment and share the common areas. We have no preference about who you are or where you are from, other than you must be honest and able to get along with others (and pay the rent on time). The manager loves cooking, so there might even be a meal thrown in here and there. This is a special place in an ideal location. If you are from out of town and need guidance for things to do, then there may even be opportunity to join in some outdoor exploring, hiking, camping, and biking.
